Spice and Wolf II – 1

I like the peaceful opening song. The scenes displayed during the opening is always very calming.

The show starts off with Horo in a snowy field faced with the other wolves and Lawrence. It was just her dreaming though.

I’m not good with the summarizing business…but I’ll try my best. Horo’s hungry, and they’re approaching Kumorson. They meet a merchant named Amati while trying to buy fish for dinner. It seems Amati fell in love with Horo at first sight or something. Yep, definitely a feeling of sudden affection present here.

Horo’s quite the drinker. She’s feeling nostalgic about her home, Yoitsu. Lawrence also remembers hearing someone talking about Yoitsu. I bet something bad happened to it.

Making a deal selling nails…is interesting. I’m sure I could find nails at Home Depot or something, but they’re not really in high demand, even in winter. I don’t get why someone would pay so much for nails. He actually made a good deal, I think.

The ending is better than the last one.
