Canaan – 3
Minoru and Maria follow the cat girl to a cosplay cafe. Yess..I assume they regreted going there at first, but couldn’t get out. No wait, it’s a cosplay and karaoke cafe. Minoru tries to ask her a few questions. She misunderstands and tanks off her top instead. Minoru sees a blue mark and asks to see it closer, but they get interrupted by the…boss? There goes his chance, plus it starts raining. So much for his luck. They have to stay at another hotel, but Maria feels disappointed that Canaan won’t know where they are now.
The next day, Canaan decides to pay Maria a visit. Canaan managed to get in their room although it’s on the 5th floor -.- Minoru asks Canaan questions but she wants to play.
Maria has a big mouth =P She takes a big bite out of her sundae. Canaan states that this is her first time going out to play with a friend.
Flashbackmode:
Canaan says she had a sister. She lost her family during a war. Her home is full of weapons. Her tattoo is part of a pair, with someone she loves.
End of flashback mode.
Minoru went out by himself. He sees a girl playing in a fountain. It’s the cat girl from before. He gives his bread to her =]
While Canaan and Maria are on a sightseeing tunnel train, it stops halfway. This leaves three people on the train. A boy, his father, and Maria. His father is dead though, killed by Canaan. Meanwhile, Maria is held captive by the boy. Canaan finds her with a timed bomb on her head.
The boy talks about his past. His whole village was used as test subjects for the UA virus. Their bodies’ insides are transformed. the boy has abnormal hormone levels while his brother had two hearts. The boy said that Maria can only say Canaan or else the boy will blow himself up. Canaan shoots..and kills him and the timer is only a few seconds away. When it reaches zero, nothing happens. Well, something does, but it’s ridiculous.
Canaan sees a color of rejection from Maria and walks away.
